This privacy policy explains how Green Up ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We process data in accordance with Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo, which is aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your request (legal basis: pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) automatically processes your IP address and standard server access data necessary for the operation and security of the site.
Aggregate statistics: we use Vercel Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service that does not identify you personally and does not track your activity across other websites.
Email delivery
Contact form messages are sent via the Resend service (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) and delivered to our email address. The content of your message is processed only for this purpose.
Google Maps
Our site contains Google Maps (Google LLC, USA). The map does NOT load automatically — it is activated only after you click the "Load map" button. Only then are connections made to Google's servers and cookies may be set by Google. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
Virtual assistant (chatbot)
Our virtual assistant runs entirely in your browser with pre-prepared answers. Conversations are not stored on our servers and are not sent to any third party.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses only technically necessary cookies/local storage: your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and your choice about loading maps. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why we do not display a cookie banner.
Data retention
We keep contact messages only as long as necessary to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to the processing of your personal data. For any request, write to us at info@greenup-ks.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency (AIP) of the Republic of Kosovo.
